Background Information for Work and Experience

As a certified Medical Laboratory Scientist through ASCP and having a Masters in Health Sciences, I have an analytical focus on details and mapping those details throughout the bigger picture. Prior to my medical experience, I was a teacher for kids ranging from infants through 18 years in various types of facilities. The love for teaching has continued which has lead to becoming a trainer and mentor in most of my roles in the medical field. I believe that many hurdles that most people encounter when learning and understanding isn't due to lack of intelligence. The hurdles, instead, are usually in the way information is laid out and processed.
